It is said that they will soon get possession of these high and medium houses of MHADA pahadi Goregaon. As these high and medium houses of MHADA have also received OC i.e. residence certificate, the winners will soon get the keys of their houses.

Citizens will get possession of 332 houses of high and medium quality in this five-star housing project of MHADA.Out of these, 105 houses are in the upper class and these houses are 3 BHK and have an average area of 889.58 square feet and the price of these houses ranges from Rs 1 crore to Rs 30 lakh 77 thousand 558.The remaining 228 houses are also of medium size and these houses are 2 BHK with an area of 794.31 sq ft and the price of these houses is around 1 crore 9 lakhs to 1 crore 11 lakhs.The lottery will be conducted for 105 to 228 houses of high and medium size such as 3 BHK and 2 BHK.
