Bhandup police took cognizance of the entire matter and investigated. It was learned that the two were dating. The fifteen-year-old girl, who lives with her mother in Mulund area, had gone to Mahindra Splendor Society to meet her friend on the evening of June 24.The two were chatting on the roof near D Wing. The argument between them escalated. On occasion, the argument escalated to such an extent that the boys pushed the girl of fifteen years off the roof and ran away, pretending that nothing had happened.It was also made up at this time that the girl’s suicide was due to stress from studies, but this fakery could not last long.The case came to light due to the investigation by the Bhandup police and the CCTV footage of the building and the testimony given by witnesses.
Investigation by Bhandup police revealed that the boy was the accused.
Bhandup Police Station Assistant Commissioner of Police Jitendra Agarkar and Senior Police Inspector Balasaheb Pawar investigated the case and sent the body of the young woman for autopsy.Evidence and witnesses at the scene were also examined, mainly CCTV footage of the building and the mobile phones of the two. The building’s security guard was also questioned.The parents of both the children and their friends were also questioned. This interrogation continued till 28, 29 and 30. Even till 29, the child said that he had not done anything, but the children found the girl’s mobile phone near E Wing.Also, the overall investigation of CCTV and witnesses revealed that the boy was lying.He pretended that she committed suicide due to the stress of studying.
When this girl came to meet this boy, she had written her name in the society’s visitor book and she had also recorded this boy’s number in this registration book.Later, after the murder, the boy ran away from there and also defaced the registration book. Local residents also heard the sound of a loud fight between the boy and the girl.Therefore, when the testimony of local residents was taken, it was revealed that the two were arguing loudly, and the investigation ultimately revealed that there was a discrepancy between the answers given by the children and the answers given by the residents.And on the occasion, the matter was solved, and the building’s security guard also recorded a statement at this time.
In all these cases, these sixteen-year-old boys killed the girl by pushing her off the terrace and also destroyed the evidence on the spot. Therefore, this boy has been sent to the Dongri Juvenile Reformatory by bhandup police.In this entire case, that fifteen-year-old innocent girl lost her life. This girl was a resident of Mulund.Throughout the incident, the boy threw away the girl’s mobile phone and when the residents asked him about the matter, he left saying that he had only come to meet a friend.Also, the noise of the fight between the two was so loud that the residents also suspected that something had happened upstairs. As a result, the testimony given by the local residents also revealed that the boy was lying.
