This land in the Kurla Dairy area is 21 acres in size and in this area, Class IV government employees have been living in these six buildings for years. The government has provided alternative housing options, but these alternative homes are located in far-flung places like Andheri and Goregaon. These people, who have been living there for years, will have to vacate their homes due to this recent notice, so these citizens have also strongly opposed this decision.

On this proposed site, a building will be constructed by the Adani Group for Dharavi slums through Navbharat Megha Developers, and the residents of Dharavi will be relocated to it.The government is currently looking into various alternative sites for Dharavi residents in Mumbai, so this site will also be given for this project. The Dharavi redevelopment project is an ambitious project of the government, so the government is also taking big steps for the residents of this area.

The Kurla Dairy land is 21 acres in size and its land value is Rs 1300 crores. This land was sold to the Adani group for just Rs 57.86 lakhs, the organization has also alleged. Therefore, he has also said that there is a plan to put Mumbai under Adani’s control. Also local residents demand that various political leaders pay attention to this matter.
