They demanded a ransom of one lakh rupees from the man’s family and threatened his family members.Samata Nagar police have arrested the accused in this entire case. This young man lived in the Poysar area of Kandivali East, from where they kidnapped him. This time, during interrogation, they said that these young men had molested a girl, so we kidnapped him.When they kidnapped the young man, they also beat him and tortured him. Samata Nagar police have arrested two accused in this kidnapping case. The names of the accused are Aditya Darekar and Shabbir Rahman.Both these accused are young and have no criminal background on their record.
In this entire case, a complaint was filed at Samata Nagar police station by the wife of the kidnapped young man. Taking cognizance of this complaint, the police started a thorough search of the entire area.According to the complaint filed, the young man was kidnapped from Bihari Tekdi on Friday. After the kidnapping, the young man’s wife received a call from the accused, through which they demanded money from her.This time, they told her over the phone that if she did not pay the money, she would not even be able to see her husband’s body. They also demanded one lakh rupees from the kidnapped young man’s wife and threatened and frightened her.The accused also tried to harass the young man’s family.
The young man’s life was saved due to the police’s prompt response.
As soon as the woman filed a complaint, the Samata Nagar police started their search in Mumbai city. During the search, they found the young man in the Poysar area of Kandivali.When the young man was found, a medical examination was also conducted on him. During this medical examination, some minor injuries were also found on his body. At the time they caught the young men, the accused were also caught.The police also interrogated these accused thoroughly. During this interrogation, the accused also learned the names of their co-accused. There are seven to eight co-accused involved in this case.The accused in this kidnapping case live in the Malad and Kandivali areas of the city and have no previous criminal record.The kidnapped youth has been medically examined and has now been sent to his home.
