Sony Pictures Networks’ Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited has leased a massive premium commercial office space in Mumbai for rent of total consideration of ₹144 crore. Sony Pictures Networks, through its group company Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited, has taken on lease approximately 73,646 square feet of Grade-A commercial office space at Commerz III, located near Oberoi Mall on the Western Express Highway in Goregaon East. The leased property spans across the 19th and 20th floors of the building and has been secured for a five-year tenure, reflecting the growing preference for premium office space in Mumbai for rent.
According to property registration documents, the lease agreement will commence on June 1, 2026, and continue until May 31, 2031, covering a total period of five years. Moreover, the agreement provides an option for 20 additional parking slots at ₹5,000 per month per slot, while any extra parking space beyond this will be charged at ₹7,500 per month.
